Health Kick

I've decided that i'm going to try and get fit again.
For starters riding my bike, to the train station, train it into Perth then ride from Perth trainstation to work.
-Worked it out, probably a 5km ride.

This is where I do something stupid like ask for a before shot and an after three weeks for comparison.

Or just do something sensible like suggest getting a friend to take the snap for you to use as a personal reference.
