yeh i know what you mean. i have hurt my wrist :( i think it was from pulling down the outroom.

I think mine is mostly a tight stiff back and the back of my thighs/quads, which I think mostly came from all the shovelling of mulch lol

That and I'm a slack office type person who sits on my ass all day and has never really had a labouring job in my life! Not unless you count time as a Target Checkout-chick and floor stacker :-)
